100 Days Challenge - Daily Log


"The rules are simple.  Choose to move, intentionally, for 30 minutes every day for the first 100 days of 2013." ~ John Bingham

Tuesday, January 1 -- 12.5 continuous hours on my feet announcing and volunteering for the Texas Marathon in Kingwood.
Wednesday, January 2 -- 60 minutes on the treadmill (5.3) and 30 minutes on the stationary bike (12).
Thursday, January 3 -- 60 minutes on the treadmill (5.3)
Friday, January 4 -- 60 minutes on the treadmill -- 34 (5.3), 16 (5.5), 5 (5.7) and 5 (5.9).
Saturday, January 5 -- 28:45 5K in Diboll.  25 minutes on the treadmill (5.0) followed by 25 minutes on the stationary bike.
Sunday, January 6 -- 50 minutes on the stationary bike followed by a 30:05 5K (TWRC Sunday Night 5K in The Woodlands).
Monday, January 7 -- 60 minutes on the stationary bike.
Tuesday, January 8 -- Life won out.
Wednesday, January 9 -- 10 kilometers running on the track at Knox Junior High.  (8 of 9 days)
Thursday, January 10 -- 21:40 on the treadmill (legs felt heavy) followed by 40 minutes on the stationary bike (9 of 10 days)
Friday, January 11 -- Working the Expo.  On my feet the entire time.  Calling it a workout day!
Saturday, January 12 -- 39:17 5K at the ABB 5K in Houston with the red-headed princess, Waverly.
Sunday, January 13 -- 4:57:56 Chevron Houston Marathon.  5th best marathon ever!
Monday, January 14 -- Chafing recovery.
Tuesday, January 15 -- Chafing recovery.
Wednesday, January 16 -- Four (4) miles at the track.
Thursday, January 17 -- 10 minutes on the treadmill, 45 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer.
Friday, January 18 -- 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Saturday, January 19 -- 60 minutes on the treadmill.
Sunday, January 20 -- 55 minutes on the treadmill and 28:46 5K in Point Blank. (17 days total.)
Monday, January 21 -- 60 minutes on the stationary bike.
Tuesday, January 22 -- Rest.  And my Dad's 66th birthday.
Wednesday, January 23 -- 80 minutes on the stationary bike (average rpm 95) and then at least 10 kilometers on the track.
Thursday, January 24 -- Life wins again.
Friday, January 25 -- 15 minutes on the treadmill followed by 50 on the stationary bike.
Saturday, January 26 -- 60 minutes on the treadmill, 36:25 on the stationary bike (got bored) and then 20 minutes on the elliptical machine.
