This might be a short blog post, covering walks on Monday and Tuesday evenings along The Woodlands Waterway.
Both times, I covered four miles.
Monday night it was the following:
Out - 31:42.22
Back - 29:11.71
Total = 1:00:53.93 (15:13.5 pace)
I pretty much did these four miles to get to 170 miles for the month of May.
Monday evening it was:
Out - 31:55.87
Back - 29:23.90
Total = 1:01:19.77 (15:20 pace)
I went and saw "A Quiet Place Part II" at Star Cinema Grill in Springwoods Village, had dinner at James Coney Island and then went to walk on The Woodlands Waterway.
I got on my bike early this morning for 10 miles, did a 75-second plank and 25 situps during the day, rowed 10 minutes and then walked four miles.
I also made it through the day without any soda. Must get to this on a daily baiss.
May GVRAT miles = 170.081
June GVRAT miles = 4
Ahead of pace at 32 days = 162.88 based on 621 miles (6.2 miles = 10K; 1000K)
Ahead of pace at 32 days = 168.63 based on 642.9 miles

January 1 - May 24 (144 days)
217.86 miles running - 220.5 miles walking = 438.36 miles combined + 170.15 miles light walking = 608.51 miles on foot. 473.47 miles cycling. 10,930 meters rowing.
May 25 - June 1 (8 days)
19.25 miles running - 28.08 miles walking = 47.33 miles combined + 12.17 miles light walking = 59.5 miles on foot. 50.3 miles cycling. 8,155 meters rowing. 75 seconds plank (1). 25 situps (1).
