Wednesday was an on-call day for work, which - again - means I'm a little shipwrecked for 24 hours from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning.
Meaning I really can't get to The Woodlands Waterway to knock out four miles, either running or walking; therefore, I have to settle for three one-mile routes in my neighborhood and/or an additional two-mile out and back.
Earlier in the afternoon, I did a 90-second plank and 35 situps. I've been told in the past that if I keep these up that if I can melt the fat away in my gut that it'll eventually show. We'll see. :-)
After my work day was complete, I got on the rower for 12 minutes, covering 2,370 meters, followed by 10.3 miles on my Air Assault bike.
Then I went outside and did three miles consecutively before it looked as if it was going to rain. They were as follows:
Pepperberry Trail Mile - 7:38.81 / 7:29.61 = 15:08.42
Ligustrum Flower Mile - 7:16.81 / 7:16.73 = 14:33.54
Melanie Park Mile - 7:16.79 / 7:19.49 = 14:36.28
3 miles = 44:18.24
For the second straight day, I did not consume any sodas - diet or regular. Might be the toughest thing of all.
May (31) GVRAT miles = 170.081
June (2) GVRAT miles = 7
Ahead of pace at 33 days = 167.98 based on 621 miles (6.2 miles = 10K; 1000K)
Ahead of pace at 33 days = 173.90 based on 642.9 miles
And ...
May 25 - June 2 (9 days)
19.25 miles running - 31.08 miles walking = 50.33 miles combined + 14.37 miles light walking = 64.7 miles on foot. 60.6 miles cycling. 10,525 meters rowing. 2:45 plank (2). 60 situps (2).
January 1 - May 24 (144 days)
217.86 miles running - 220.5 miles walking = 438.36 miles combined + 170.15 miles light walking = 608.51 miles on foot. 473.47 miles cycling. 10,930 meters rowing.
