Well, it was time last night (Wednesday) to test out the knee more fully and run.
I actually miss it.
But what I don't miss is the hyper-importance some people place on it.
In that, it seems like it is everything for them.
Nonetheless, I walked Tuesday night and ran last night at Knox Junior High track.

The walking just isn't getting it done, health-wise, for me so it is to start putting more feet to the pavement. And to get me there I need to get back racing (well, just running for me).
There's lots going on.
Biggest challenge is trying to figure out what I enjoy the most in life. It is really hard at times deciding what I want to do.
I'll try to be a little bit more diligent here sharing.
Thanks for reading and your support.
