I'm getting out there and trying to get something done every day.
Nothing spectacular but from between September 25 - October 24, I have the following:

Last night, I went to the track where Bill Dwyer's Volte group gathers.
Mile 1 - 4:09.71, 4:05.00, 4:07.52, 4:06.39 = 16:28.62 (15:47)
Mile 2 - 4:03.81, 4:04.45, 4:01.22, 4:01.38 = 16:10.86 (15:30)
Mile 3 - 4:04.06, 4:05.62, 4:05.41, 4:05.78 = 16:20.47 (15:39)
Mile 4 - 4:05.95, 4:07.43, 4:07.10, 4:08.02 = 16:28.50 (15:47)
All of the miles were in Lane 4 to account for 4.176 miles in total in 1:05:28.45 for a 15:41 pace.
I'll head back out there tonight.
